How does VelaShape™ work?

VelaShape™ uses elōs™ technology, a combination of heat, light, suction and massage to precisely target fatty tissues within the treatment area, along with improving the texture of the skin and reducing the appearance of cellulite. This procedure is considered to be a less invasive alternative to liposuction, as it improves the contour and appearance of the treated area without any incisions.

What body areas can be treated with VelaShape™?

VelaShape™ can be performed on several different parts of the body, depending on whether the patient wishes to reduce circumference or improve skin texture. The two applicators (VSmooth and VContour) on the VelaShape™ device are designed for large and small body areas so treatment can be safely and effectively performed on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen, calves, arms and face.

How quickly will results be visible?
